How Soon Will My Order Be Shipped? During this busy holiday season, Pandora's Puzzle Boxes makes every effort to ship your order within one business day of receiving it.  If we receive your order by 11:00 a.m. Pacific time, your order will usually ship on the same day.  (We can't ship on Sundays.)     How Long Will my Order Take to Arrive After Shipment? Once we hand your package over to the U.S. Postal Service or Federal Express, we have no control over how long your package will take to arrive.  Here are estimated delivery times:   U.S. First Class Mail:     2 - 5 business days U.S. Priority Mail:     2 - 3 business days Federal Express Ground service:     1 business day to Northern California     2 business days to the West Coast     5 business days to the East Coast     3 or 4 business days to other U.S. destinations   Past experience has shown that the above shipping times remain pretty reliable, even close to Christmas. International orders will take at least one or two weeks to arrive, and may take longer if they are delayed in Customs.  Please email us for more information.     How Will You Ship My Order? With our standard Free Shipping (U.S. addresses only), the method we use to ship your package depends on several factors, including weight, value, and shipping address.  We ship the majority of packages via First Class or Priority Mail, and as Christmas draws closer, we will send more of them via Priority Mail to non-West Coast destinations, because it's generally faster than First Class Mail.     Can I Pay For Faster Shipping? Absolutely.  For all you procrastinators (you know who you are!), we'll be happy to ship your puzzle box order via speedier methods, including Fed Ex Overnight, 2-Day, or Express Saver (3-day) service.  Please email us for a rate quote if you are considering one of these faster shipping methods.  Be sure to mention the item(s) you wish to order, and include your shipping address.   Okay, I'm Bad at Math.  What's the Last Possible Day to Place My Order in Time for Christmas? Even though your order may be shipped the same day we receive it, you should allow one extra day before the following Shipping Deadlines provided by the Post Office and Federal Express:   Tuesday, December 15 - Last day to ship via Federal Express Ground/Home Delivery for arrival by Christmas. Friday, December 18 - Last day to ship via U.S. First Class Mail for arrival by Christmas. Saturday, December 19 - Last day to ship via U.S. Priority Mail for arrival by Christmas. Monday, December 21 - Last day to ship via Federal Express 3-Day (Express Saver) for arrival by Christmas. Tuesday, December 22 - Last day to ship via Federal Express 2-Day service for arrival by Christmas. Wednesday, December 23 - Last day to ship via U.S. Priority Mail Express or Federal Express Overnight for arrival by Christmas.
